Refunds & Returns:
CanCater will offer the customer the ability to cancel an order, at no charge, prior to 24 hours before the events scheduled delivery time and date.
CanCater has an established dispute mechanism and refund process that will address catering orders deemed incomplete, wrong, unfulfilled, late, or simply not delivered. Our restaurant partners will have 15 days after a catering event to invoke dispute resolution.
CanCater will conduct appropriate interviews with the client and restaurant to arrive at partial, full, or no compensation result.
