What should I consider if I am ordering catering for an office or private gathering?

• Selecting various food and beverage choices that can accommodate guests’ eating requirements (allergies, spices)
• Check out the restaurant catering reviews?
• Does the restaurant offer the “extras” if required?  (plates, napkins, cutlery, condiments)
• What is the advance lead time required for ordering and can they deliver on the day and time required?
• What style of Catering are you planning to order?  Family Style catering sees food served in large, communal dishes placed on a table for guest to serve themselves from or Individual Catering sees each guest order their own “main course” that is individually packaged.
